How long will my order take to make?

All of our bags are handmade to order, so please allow up to 2 weeks for us to craft and ship your bag or case. We promise it’s worth the wait! 💌

Do you accept returns?

Because each bag is handmade to order, we’re unable to accept returns. But if there’s a problem with your item, please get in touch and we’ll always try to make it right.

What if my bag arrives damaged or faulty?

No worries, just drop us an email at affandem@yahoo.com with a description and a few photos of the issue, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible to make it right 💌

Can I customise a bag?

Yes! We love working with you to bring your dream bag to life. Head to our Custom Orders page or message us on Instagram @affandem_ to get started.

How should I care for my bag?

We recommend spot-cleaning with a damp cloth and laying flat to dry.

 Do colours and sizes vary?

Yes, since we use recycled yarn, slight variations in colour, weight, and shape are totally normal (and part of the charm!). No two bags are ever quite the same 💕
